You can use multiple resources. Kelly Blue Book, edmunds.com. Also simply search for a car with the same make model trim and features on used card sites to see what they are asking. Source: 12 months ago

Use cars.com or autorader.com or something similar to search new cars in your area, say a 50 or 100 mile radius, see how many new Honda Accords are in stock and watch the number, if it keeps going up, you're well positioned to make a deal. If it starts dropping significantly, it means that the dealers are selling cars and either have strong incentives (which you can look up edmunds.com) or people are panic buying... You need to look at the app called Fuelio. Its core purpose was to record your fill ups but the part of the app you just described is called 'nearby'. Its currently telling me I have 109 stations within 10 miles of me, the average prices for the area, the best price, the nearest pump and the top rated.
