You can use multiple resources. Kelly Blue Book, edmunds.com. Also simply search for a car with the same make model trim and features on used card sites to see what they are asking. Source: 10 months ago

Use cars.com or autorader.com or something similar to search new cars in your area, say a 50 or 100 mile radius, see how many new Honda Accords are in stock and watch the number, if it keeps going up, you're well positioned to make a deal. If it starts dropping significantly, it means that the dealers are selling cars and either have strong incentives (which you can look up edmunds.com) or people are panic buying... Sounds good. Another thing that has worked well for me twice in the past year when we bought new cars is to go to carmax.com or take it in to get a quote. From talking to dozens of Mazda and Honda dealers in the past year consistently I'd hear "oh, we rarely can beat Carmax offers". Hey folks! As you certainly know used car prices are quite high. My BMW lease is expiring in 10 days and I could make like ~$8K if I buy the car and resell it.
