  The window manager in this screenshot is DWM in floating mode (https://dwm.suckless.org) with a lot of patches and a compositor (to make DWM support transparency).   The final sale stuff on Breakout Bras website is best prices I've found for the U.S. (outside of second-hand sites like poshmark.com, ebay.com vinted.com, mercari.com, the usual suspects. Take a look at secondhand stores (especially those in wealthy neighborhoods - I've found dresses initially worth almost a thousand dollars for under $50), or discount stores like nordstrom rack or tj maxx.
