I used to use DupeGuru which has some photo-specific dupe detection where you can fuzzy match image dupes based on content: https://dupeguru.voltaicideas.net/ But I switched over to czkawka, which has a better interface for comparing files, and seems to be a bit faster: https://github.com/qarmin/czkawka. - Source: Hacker News / 12 months ago
If your photos are exact duplicates you can also use the freeware dupeGuru app. Source: 12 months ago
If you want a some other GUI options, AllDup or DupeGuru might be of interest. AllDup has a rather weird interface, though, imo. Source: 12 months ago
I used DupeGuru (https://dupeguru.voltaicideas.net/) in the past but I'm not sure it's the best solution for you. Try it, it's open-source. - Source: Hacker News / about 1 year ago
If you want to integrate fzf with rg, fd, bat to fuzzy find files, directories or ripgrep the content of a file and preview using bat, but the fzf document only has commands for Linux shell (bash,...), and you want to achieve that on your Windows Machine using Powershell, this post may be for you. - Source: dev.to / 20 days ago
That’s the same as bat:[1] one of the features is syntax highlighting. Kind of unexpected to find a concatenation program… which also does that. [1] https://github.com/sharkdp/bat. - Source: Hacker News / 4 months ago
Good find, thanks! I'll check if I prefer it to moar. As for bat, according to https://github.com/sharkdp/bat#using-bat-on-windows, the Chocolatey package simply installs `less` alongside `bat`. Seems like a good idea, but I haven't tried it. - Source: Hacker News / 6 months ago
I referenced bat because I've found that suggesting cygwin sometimes provokes a negative reaction. The GP also mentioned needing to install GNU tooling as if it were a negative. Bat is fancy pager written in Rust. It's on GitHub: https://github.com/sharkdp/bat. - Source: Hacker News / 6 months ago
Try bat (it’s like cat but better) Https://github.com/sharkdp/bat. Source: 7 months ago
