It's hard to beat Inkarnate for its raw capabilities in both world generation and map/dungeon design. And it has a free option. Obviously limited, but you get what you pay for in truth. I also want to add that if you use OneNote on a desktop computer or laptop, then you can install and use OneNote Gem, OneTastic and OneMore. These are specialized user-community created plugging for your OneNote application, which can be utilized on the desktop or laptop platform, these pluggings definitely expand the capabilities and features of OneNote to a really good degree. You can extract information from existing notes and create new notes in a format ready for your use in another application.
