The native Apple Sidecar monitor extension thing will only work within range of the host computer ("both devices must be within 10 meters (30 feet) of each other and have Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Handoff turned on "). There's third party apps that kind of do what Sidecar does for older iPads AND Android devices. I like Duet duetdisplay.com - again, wired/wireless distance limitations restrict "portability". I'm surprised at the lack of comparisons to the Jamboard (https://workspace.google.com/products/jamboard/). Even the promotional images look similar. It is worth noting that Both Google [1] (since 2016) and Microsoft [2] (since 2018 ?) have their own collaborative whiteboard app. Yet Miro is almost the only one everyone is talking about. Maybe because it is by far the unique unicorn in the space (17B valuation/2012). Or is it the other way around ?
