Getting an average of 2-3 wins in Quick Draft is fairly decent for a new drafter. If you think you're learning at all, it's worth sticking with it to get better. You should be able to learn the fastest when you're starting out. Then, once you have a good grasp of basic magic gameplay, you can try draft. I personally use 17lands.com, they have the winrates of the cards in draft, so you know what's good.
