    Everything else is an SVG. I am using a very cool tool and easy to use called DOTGRID for my svg graphics, you can find it on itch.io. Just be careful with the svgs because when importing you cannot scale them as vectors anymore, so a good rule of thumb is to generate svgs ~1.5-2x and use them at .5 scale so you have some wiggle room to scale them up without losing quality.     Blender is amazing for rigging, but for everything else you described I'd say you should consider svgator.com. Not that popular from what I've seen on here, and the free plan is limited, but as far as ease of using goes it's hard to beat. It's browser-based, so there's nothing to install/download.
