Amplience might be a bit more popular than dotCMS. We know about 1 link to it since March 2021 and only 1 link to dotCMS. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
I am 100% biased, but I would recommend dotCMS (dotcms.com). They are an excellent platform for managing massive amounts of content, and I know a few news sites use them, including some of Thomson Reuters' sites. I've been using headless CMS for over 4 years now in particular at my company we used Amplience. Initially, we used it to create a t-shirt customization component for one of the Premier League football clubs and host product images.
