  • Selfhosted Tool for monitoring domain availability
I've been looking around for a selfhosted tool where you can add domains on monitor. When the domain get available it should notify me by mail or something so I can buy it myself or for a client. I've found something kinda like this but I don't find any options to monitor domain availability. Https://domainmod.org/. Source: over 2 years ago
  • Feedback: ⚡️ Domain Name Tracker
You may want to give DomainMOD a look, it's self-hosted and open source, and can be pretty handy for managing a large domain portfolio. I created it to support my personal domain addiction but it's gotten a nice little following over the years, much to my surprise. Source: over 2 years ago

  • Why is BitWarden (and similar) better than LastPass?
Yes I used to think this but unfortunately there is such a thing called Passive DNS -- eventually your FQDN will be discovered and recorded - certainly if you are tiny then you have a chance -- I would certainly do a DNSdumpster search -- https://dnsdumpster.com/. Source: about 1 year ago
