Docusign has a .com address, def not a .click address. This is 100% fishing. A very easy way to tell is to hover over any url and see what the address is. You can also try to do a reply, or if your savvy enough look into the routing info of the email. Did it com from the companies domain? I.e. docusign.com, fedex.com, ups.com anything like that. We used to use the webapp sched.com for organizing presenters and rooms, and allowing students to register for their preferred sessions on a grade-tiered first come, first serve basis, but we were only using a small portion of the capabilities of the tool and still needed to micromanage signups so one grade didn't get all the best workshops.
