For automated lead gen, I’ve heard of LeadsGorilla, LeadFuze, and SalesLoft. All of these tools seem to be effective in generating leads and tracking progress. For direct mail, I’ve heard PostcardMania and DocuPost are two of the best providers out there. Notion doesn't have any structure out of the box. Think of it as an empty database with no tables or schema. It's up to you to either import templates or design a system that works for your needs.
