  There are lots of places where all you have to do is upload your music, and the website will distribute/release it across a ton of platforms (Youtube, Spotify, Amazon Music, Apple Music etc.) I've used a place called DistroKid to do it, but there are a few others out there that do the same kind of deal.   In terms of structure, consider following a book like Python for Everybody or Automate the Boring Stuff With Python. One of the hard parts of learning a language like python on your own is knowing what you should learn and the order you should learn it in--resources like these books or online courses you can find on Coursera are great for helping with that.
