I have gotten phished in the past as well and you should provide transaction IDs on Nitro purchases to show you're the owner of the account as well as use the original email address and other information such as User ID and the username of the account which you can get by using discord.id. I have not found any that isn't run by a bunch of jerks the one I did find although it wasn't the individual people's fault it had terrible mods. Seen situations like that before and I didn't want to take the risk places like that may start okay but never end good.
