    I finally resorted to calling them, which I knew was going to be a headache, but I didn't think it would want to make me go on a homicidal rampage. Of course you have to deal with the automated system first, and I sucked it up. The problem is that when it asks you what you want and you say "Technical Support" it says "There is an outage in your area, it should be resolved by 4 PM, there is nothing an agent can do...
