Https://diigo.com It's less simple than Delicious used to be, but it scratched the itch for a while for me. I barely ever bookmark anything these days. When Delicious was sold I stopped using it, and realised I didn't miss bookmarking and hardly ever read any of my bookmarks anyway. One really cool feature that KOReader has for self-hosters though is support for wallabag, which is a "read it later" service that you can self-host. Then you can access your saved articles through its web UI, Android app or KOReader. I highly recommend checking it out if you like reading articles.
