Not completely sure about your situation but if you choose the "buy now, pay later" option you could have a 21 day test period so you can see if it works for you. Personally, it seems it would fit you perfectly and if the S pen doesn't have the same notification feature you can use a tile to keep track of it if it's ever lost. I hope this helped!
