Have you tried something like this: https://desktophero3d.com/, I can make out some corpo looking models [takes a bit of time, the UI for the app isn't the best] for zero cost and it has modern and scifi asset packs in the $25 range each for more options to work with. Looks like you can still buy if from the company that make it (Lone Wolf Developments, wolflair.com) but it doesn't look like it's been updated in a while.
