Have you tried something like this: https://desktophero3d.com/, I can make out some corpo looking models [takes a bit of time, the UI for the app isn't the best] for zero cost and it has modern and scifi asset packs in the $25 range each for more options to work with. ANVL: Similar to HeroForge, but (And this might just be me) with a little more cartoonish proportions. It seems they have added ability to adjust that, so it might be worth another look. I wont lie, I don't like the face that comes with ANVL. I haven't ordered anything from them. Source: over 1 year ago
