I just switched from Android and am looking for an app similar to this one. Here’s a screenshot of what is looks like on my Android phone. What I like about that app is that it syncs directly with Amazon and eBay (direct sync through account credentials, not email tracking) and also allows you to enter tracking numbers for virtually any delivery service (UPS, fedex, etc.) But most importantly, it’s really compact... Correct I have seen that recently on a shipment before it left China. I would advise OP to check other tracking sites like 17track.net, parcelsapp, postal.ninja or https://packageradar.com/ to see if they can determine where the parcel is. Source: over 1 year ago
The seller has given you 3 tracking #s one which supposedly the package was lost. If 17track.net, parcelsapp and postal.ninja along with https://packageradar.com/ does not show the last tracking # moving then continues with the dispute. You can appeal the ruling of the dispute. This is what I dislike about AE inconsistent rulings by their dispute department. If multiple tracking services such as 17track.net , https://postal.ninja/en, http://parcelsapp.com/en/tracking/ and https://packageradar.com/ do not show the package was delivered the onus is on the shipper to file a claim with USPS if USPS lost the parcel and never delivered it.
