Hi all, last night I tried to migrate my old KNC to V2 on https://kyberswap.com/ following the instructions at https://blog.kyber.network/knc-token-migration-guide-fda08bfe62c2 using Metamask but each time I tried (3 in total) it looked like they were successfully sent https://etherscan.io/tx/0x5ec1b833ad78f9fb0cbc8aa9a5359bf4bffd408618e6774c40e0ea0826bc0883 and I was charged gas but the V2 KNC didn't appear in my... It can happen when the routing fails cos the token has poor liquidity or whatever. But you can report this to their customer service. There's a little box on the bottom right. They replied me within the hour last time I needed help. Just make sure you're on https://kyberswap.com and not some bogus scam site. Source: 12 months ago
