    I highly recommend Nodecraft ( https://nodecraft.com/ ) for hosting a Starbound server if you do not wish to host your own! The cheapest plan should be enough for 1-3 people. Source: over 2 years ago

    Also, you should be able to ask your server company to assist you with that. Have you tried? If they arent helpful or dont have a good way to communicate I would consider moving. You are not just paying for the resources but also for the support. I highly recommend NodeCraft for hosting these type of servers.
