    While it still is far from perfect, if you want more structured debates then debateart.com is a good option from what I can tell. It seems to be a clone of debate.org with a bunch of people that used to be members there but have moved since the site started to collapse (due to bugs, poor moderation, etc.).     Other options include EnjoyHQ, Aurelius, and Condens. Out of those 3, I tried Condens last year and gave up on it, because the transcription quality was sub-par. When we were considering which tool to use earlier this year, the video montage option and the ability to do the analysis fully from the tool swayed us, and we ended up picking Dovetail.
