I follow precisely the instructions on the "Accessing your ichat email" PDF. I take special care to ensure I typed the correct email only to find out that the account doesnt exist

    I don’t think you need your card to access SPICE actually. I activated my SPICE account before I even got my card, well, after my info has been matriculated already. I just go to https://idms.sp.edu.sg, set up a new password, go to outlook and log in. Source: about 3 years ago
