I've tried doing the SQL dump on dbdiagram a few months ago and ran into some issues. Microsoft doesn't have built-in solutions for migrating data between tenants, so you or your consultant will need to use third party tools. The consultant we hired used Quest (https://www.quest.com/migration-manager/) for migrating Exchange data like mailboxes/groups and OneDrive.
