We're commonly doing this with logging, using services such as Loggly or DataDog. We're using managed databases, be it on AWS, Heroku or database-vendor-specific solutions. (You can sign up there for free) further I use Orbitype a SEO & Workflow focused "Wp-Admin" which sorts me the detailed data of the search console to my blog posts.
