We're commonly doing this with logging, using services such as Loggly or DataDog. We're using managed databases, be it on AWS, Heroku or database-vendor-specific solutions. Personally I have not used meetme.com before, but I do use when2meet.com quite often. It lets you select the days you want to look at (maybe giving them a 2 week range) and you each fill out what times on those days you are available.
