Gotcha. The 1x per hour is Google's limit for all extensions using their scheduling functionality. I believe some other extensions get around it by running data through their own servers instead of Google's, so you can check the marketplace for alternatives and see if you find anything. Blender is amazing for rigging, but for everything else you described I'd say you should consider svgator.com. Not that popular from what I've seen on here, and the free plan is limited, but as far as ease of using goes it's hard to beat. It's browser-based, so there's nothing to install/download.
