DashPass by DoorDash VS Parcl

I was looking because I wanted to get sonic and I was looking at dashpass and I subscribed because there would be no delivery fee, what the FAILED TO MENTION was that it had to be above 12$ and I thought well this sucks let me see if I can get a refund so I tried and there was no "manage dashpass" Icon in the top left when I hit the three bars so I had to guess by doin doordash.com/dashpass just to cancel my... I have bought stuff from the US that does not ship to Norway by either using a forwarding service like jetcarrier.com that gives you a Norwegian adress to ship to. And I have used parcl.com - a site where regular people for a fee agree to forward packages or even buy it for you, deal with the seller, check the contents, send you pictures etc before shipping.
