I worked with Dasha platform for some time (https://dasha.ai/) . In Dasha there is no emotional analysis itself, but in my opinion they have pretty strong NLU that is able to parse intents, entities and sentence types. I have used a few different CRMs and it really depends on what t is that you are looking to get out of it. I have used custom CRMs which were great for my immediate needs but each time I needed to add a new feature it would take days before my programmers could add the feature.
