I was scammed (500$ in BNB) by a Binance Owned website (dapp.review) and I really don't know how how to trust Binance or BNB anymore
Dapp.review is no longer actively updating/ seeking partnerships following the acquisition and the team has thus closed and deleted the Telegram group. The current link is created by someone impersonating the dapp.review team using the same handle. Both accounts you mentioned in the comments are not managed by Binance/ dapp.review. I think that it really depends on what the PWA is trying to do and its purpose. I think the Twitter, Instagram, and Starbucks apps are both good examples of what can be done. I got a new Nokia 2780 4G . Is there anyway to use Instagram on it?
Go to the Appscope website ( http://appsco.pe/) on the KaiOS phone and you will find a list of Progressive Web Apps. Some work better than others. Pin the app to the Apps Menu. I can't get the Instagram working tonight. Might be that my 8110 4G is too old. I should imagine it might work on a newer device especially a KaiOS 3.1 phone. Source: over 1 year ago
