IME, not really? Git for Windows or MSYS2 are both pretty solid. I used Cygwin for years, but MSYS2 seems to integrate a bit more smoothly (plus MSYS uses pacman instead of Cygwin's fiddly gui for package management). Source: over 1 year ago

If you are looking for "natural methods" to fix dry eye then yes if it is mild dry eye likely the symptoms can be treated. By natural I mean things you can stop doing like spending a lot of time looking at computer screens or smart phone screens.
