  I’ve previously tried Harvest and found that it was just quite heavily geared towards teams (whereas I’m just one person). I’ve also tried Cushion (cushionapp.com), which does seem great and do most of what I want, but doesn’t integrate with Xero (thought it says it does - the integration doesn’t work).   Maybe not what you're looking for but there are a couple companies that will automatically post your full episode to youtube when it's published. headliner.app is one and they let you create/choose a template that will be auto updated with episode name too. Source: about 2 years ago
