Typically that’s something you cover in Acct 1&2 in a business course and unless you want to end up bankrupt waiting 10 years for that to come off your personal record then you’ll need to seriously consider hiring professionals. To your original question though, there are lots of ways to achieve these types of animations and the best solution is dependent on your requirements and experience.
