I hate pushing my opinion on folks (because I really do respect folks who want to be fully done and they're completely valid) but I really do think there should be at least some consideration to the waves or ethos.io proposals (or more due diligence since it seemed like Binance and a few other companies were involved). Great read u/gigde18. I also think that remote culture is important. I liked the part about building strong connections with team mates. I found this really difficult to do once the pandemic started. There are a lot of roles that rely on having connections in the workplace to build consensus get things you need done.
