   Things i like about this service : 100% free service Allow large iPA to upload 15 days link availability for registered user

   Things I don't like : Sometimes take few hours to get support

  You need the App signed for your device but you can't just install IPA's from the Files app. If the app is signed for use against your device and is all good with your Apple ID, I think you could probably upload it to installonair.com and from there, it generates a link for you to download and install over the air.
