Crosswalk Project mentions (1)

  • is it possible to compile chromium webview and embed that inside an android app ?
Back in the day there was Project XWalk, which saved my ass on a couple of projects, as I was able to distribute a hybrid web app with a fixed browser engine where we were sure everything looked right. These were the days when the WebView was not updateable (unless you updated the entire OS) and each device had a different browser engine with their own bugs, despite them being all Chromium-based. • Game Engines For Chromebook
If you can't install software on it: You're probably not going to be able to fully make and publish a mobile game this way, but you can learn how by using an online IDE. Use e.g. Phaser and https://vscode.dev/ and you can put something together well enough to learn what you're doing. Source: 6 months ago
