You can also search crexi.com. Costar owns loopnet and cityfeet. Costar is a broker-only expensive shared listing service. In addition, Loopnet charges a ton for listings so many brokers won't feel it's cost effective to put a smaller listing there. I'm not sure about cityfeet, never really used it. Crexi is independent of those and is free (but just getting started) so it may have different properties there.... Source: over 1 year ago

You can browse costar for news and etc. You can also check out crexi.com, ten-x.com, rcm1.com marketplace. Unfortunately, a lot of the good commercial stuff are kept... Source: over 2 years ago

Check: coliving.com and maybe focus on places that are more off the grid? I just recently came back from a coliving space in Peniche, Portugal - I totally loved it! Everyone can do their own thing but if you want community you get it. Highly recommend! Source: 11 months ago
There are some websites (e.g. https://coliving.com/) that list them, but can be a bit hit and miss. Source: about 1 year ago
The first one that comes to my mind is to do the search at Coliving.com but the quality of colivings there varies a lot. You can also check MapMelon. Source: about 1 year ago
