Suffice to say that time is very valuable to professionals. One of the biggest sources for wasted time are paper-based processes. Paper-based processes are prone to mistakes and don't provide transparency for the professional. Yet still, we depend on paper or form based application processes to renew our professional designations.
Unfortunately, popular social media tools like Facebook and LinkedIn do not provide the level of privacy and authenticity required by professionals to hold their credential information. Without a social platform to trust, there isn't a means for professionals to share their qualifications with peers, employers and associations.

Khanacademy.org is a fantastic resource for math, as well as many other courses. If you have access to the internet, try taking some of the courses there. They mirror what is taught in public schools with classes for all grade levels. There are other resources like edx.org that can provide free courses in topics like computer science and business. The "best" professors/teachers I saw yet, where radiating an exhuberant joy while talking about their topic. It is fun to listen. They where a russian teaching in america who recorded a series about physics for TTC, The Teaching Company. He got voted best professor in america twice.The other one was David Malan of Harvards CS50 on [0]. Beware though, it sadly spoils you for later lectures by others.
