  I really, really don't understand what the big deal with Rust is. I like to call Rust "LLVM's Python". It's a language for people who don't know how to debug segfaults lol.   There's 3 more errors that amount to the same thing. So I run cargo update. Same result. Explicitly tried to update cfg-if then rand_core with --verbose and --aggressive. No output beyond "updating crate.io index." Checked in browser for updates. cfg-if had no new versions since 2018. Then I tried using cargo clean first. Same result. Source: about 1 year ago

  Before switching to Quantum I was using noip.com and my previous router had setup options so it would auto-update this service when my WAN IP changed. I'd prefer to use noip.com but I guess I don't really mind a switch to dyndns. I would just like to have something working - anyone know how to configure this modem for dynamic DNS?   Your internet looks good, though download speeds aren't everything. I'd probably use 6gb ram. Make sure you trust whoever's joining your server, since they connect by your IP. You can use a service like no-ip if you want a prettier ip to connect to, though then you're trusting them with your IP (not a huge deal but something to consider).
