Once upon a time in 2009, Convertigo embarked on a digital odyssey as an Enterprise Mashup platform trailblazer. But like any great tale, there was a twist in the story. Convertigo quickly evolved, embracing the world of Low Code/No Code platforms. From its Mashup origins, it inherited the might of backend workflows and a formidable arsenal of data connectors to over 300 enterprise-level systems. As the narrative unfolded, Convertigo had an epiphany: the path of open-source was the beacon of freedom. It was the answer to enterprises' calls for autonomy from vendor shackles and the liberty of self-hosting. And so, Convertigo continues its journey, championing the desires of the enterprise realm.

Convertigo's backend infrastructure is predominantly built using Java and NodeJS, while the frontend leverages the Angular framework. The platform integrates CouchDB for its NoSQL database requirements. Additionally, containerization and orchestration are achieved through Docker and Kubernetes, respectively, which are essential components of the system's architecture.

I have previously created small desktop apps in electron and NW. These were functionally strong, but extremely large and had long load times. With neutralino JS I was able to create the same tools with less effort (both in creation and compilation). I was able to reduce the size of the tools from >300 MB to under 3 MB. Neutralino JS is clearly the better choice for me.
Based on our record, NeutralinoJS seems to be more popular. It has been mentiond 19 times since March 2021. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
We tried using pywebview for a cross-platform desktop app when it was version 3.x and some of the features were limited, especially when it came to systray interactions. Will have to try it out again. In the end, for that specific project, we ended up settling on NeutralinoJS. Wails was another big contender but due to limited GoLang resources in-house, we decided not to use it. Reference: https://neutralino.js.org/. - Source: Hacker News / 2 months ago
There's always https://neutralino.js.org/ which uses native WebView components to keep itself rather smaller than Electron. - Source: Hacker News / 5 months ago
I've been drawn to NeutralinoJS as it looks like it will do what I want, but I'm willing to hear some other recommendations and maybe tutorials on how to do the objectively simple things I've outlined above. Source: 11 months ago
Doing some research about Photino, I also found Tauri and Neutralinojs. Source: about 1 year ago
Yes. You need a wrapper for the game though. Something like https://neutralino.js.org/ should be enough. Source: about 1 year ago
