Coworking room on Complice. So helpful to have people around all the time, all trying to be productive. During breaks people chat about what they're working on. You set intentions and there is a built in Pomodoro timer system. You can screenshare or have video running (no audio). Source: about 2 years ago
Group pomodoros are really helpful for me. It gives my brain a mini-deadline every 25 minutes and having other people there working with me keeps me on task. I either work with friends on zoom or, if no one's around and working, I join the group pomodoro room on complice. Source: over 2 years ago
I'm going to go out on a limb here and suggest a non-Shortcut tool that might be useful for you: https://complice.co/. I use the HAMS method. I reduced from 14-18 units a day to 7. Then I tappered down to 6 for a couple of weeks then 5 for a couple of weeks and so and so forth until I could go one day being AF. It works. Try it. I use sunnyside.co to keep myself accountable. It is worth the money. Source: about 1 year ago

Since there weren't great tools out there for tracking drinks without a bunch of pressure to reduce to zero, I built a tool called Sunnyside (https://sunnyside.co) to help me keep tabs on when and how much I was consuming. The tool focuses on contextualizing changes to drinking habits in overall picture of health, with a specific focus on calories, sleep, and money saved. Source: almost 2 years ago
