I used coinwink.com to create alerts for when a [can't say the word] goes above/below a specified price. However, I want something similar to this for stocks. Check out https://hummingbot.io. They are built for market making and arbitrage strategies. It has built-in support for a number of centralized exchanges as well as Ethereum, Terra and other protocols common for DeFi (what it sounds like you're trying to do).
