Of course, it has its own drawbacks and learning curve for defi, but if you have most of your transactions on the main EVM chains (Avalanche, Fantom, Arbitrum, and of course Ethereum), they've gotten better at importing LPs and yield farming over the years.   You can try Zeus. It's somewhere between airbnb and traditional apartment, but requires 30-day minimum stay and you can stay for a year+. There is a background check component, but there's no mention of a credit check. Might be worth checking out. Source: about 2 years ago
