  Google CFDs and learn why you should not hold long-term investments in CFDs. The options trick will work only if you want to buy in chunks of 100. Check whether buying European UCITS ETFs offers any tax advantages in your country, in which case going for them is a no-brainer. They might be a good option either way.   It's currency is indeed unhedged according to justetf.com but why is this so much of a factor? I own many etfs that are currency-unhedged and none of them are performing so bad as much as VanEck Global Real Estate. Source: about 1 year ago
