I find that reflecting on my experiences and going out of my way to really analyze the pitfalls and things done correctly helps a lot. Sketchbook is the only other drawing software I use, but it also has this issue just moving it around on my desktop, OneNote, every other windows application, and also on any microsoft edge webpage.
