I normally use coggle.it to mind map the whole experience overview and then which elements of the project seemed to be improvements and which parts where potentially poorly executed.   Don't talk about where to get specific software unless your mods are willing to curate a list of ESA-compliant websites (those that only list abandoned/public domain games, and will promptly remove a game from their list when asked by the publisher or rights holder).
