So I suggest putting your crashlog into pastebin.com or controlc.com or similar text pasting website and sending the link to the mod author of that mod or creating a bug report on the mod page or posting it as a comment on the mod page etc. Alongside an explanation on how and when the crash happened as well. I tested it again for you, and I can't reproduce a crash going in or out any door. Can you provide a crash log? You can install Crash Logger VR, go through a door in game and get a CTD and post that crash log from "My Documents\my games\Skyrim VR\SKSE" folder named crash-2022-05..... .log using controlc.com so I can check it?
