I'm looking for a centralised backup solution that can be self hosted. I would like to configure it to backup remote SFTP directories and MySQL databases exactly like codeguard.com does. Ideally it should have a web interface. It doesn't seem like there is anything like this. Unless you are provisioning instances in a development account, always plan the instance count required, pay upfront, and leverage the many cloud savings plans at your disposal ( AWS Savings plans, Azure’s Cost Management and GCPs committed use discounts).
