For practicing algorithms, use any of the freely available websites like https://hackerrank.com https://codechef.com https://projecteuler.net A structured set of practice problems are available at https://www.interviewbit.com/courses/programming/ Avoid https://geeksforgeeks.org because it has a ton of material but very poor quality control. Don't do bootcamp. Start with something like https://freecodecamp.org and take a few lessons. Try to build something from that and see how motivated you are. If you see some progress and this thing still excites you, then may be find an engineer (a friend/co worker etc) who can guide you a bit as you continue to build something.
